I’m putting up the original cover paintings that I did for a few special features in the San Francisco Chronicle’s Food + Home section. The specific theme for this one was “RECIPE” and explored the (often overlooked) role that recipes play in our lives. It was a vivid and engaging subject to bite into (pun intended!). The final was executed using gouache.
